HOME EQUITY LOANS

The home must be located in Erie and Niagara Counties and those counties immediately contiguous thereto.
The interest paid on your home equity loan may be tax deductible, consult with your tax advisor.
The highest rate to which your loan can go is 15%
Loan based on 80% of equity in house minus outstanding lien balances and the ability to pay.
No application fee or closing costs.
If the member removes the lien by paying off the loan AND requesting a discharge of mortgage before a 3year period, the member will then be responsible to reimburse the credit union for the closing costs.
Rate is adjusted semi-annually and adjusted according to the prime rate as published in the Wall Street Journal.

Borrow from $25,000.00 to $30,000.00 your rate is prime plus 1
Borrow over $30,000.00 pay straight prime for life of loan
